Continual Innovation and Re-Investment Key to WMP’s Award Win
HOUSTON – August 19, 2025 – Woven Metal Products (WMP), a premier custom fabrication facility serving some of the biggest names across multiple industries, was recently honored with a Gold Stevie® Award for Best Company of the Year, Manufacturing, Medium-Sized Business, in the 23rd Annual American Business Awards.
The American Business Awards are the U.S.’s premier business awards program. Nicknamed the Stevies for the Greek word meaning “crowned,” the awards were presented to winners at a gala ceremony at the Marriott Marquis Hotel in New York earlier this month.
WMP, a globally recognized leader in reactor and tower process internals and custom fabrication, was honored for its exceptional performance as a medium-sized manufacturer, demonstrating excellence in operations, innovation and industry leadership.
More than 250 professionals worldwide participated in the judging process this year. Award judges praised WMP for demonstrating “extraordinary company of the year performance,” citing a series of major advancements since early 2023.
The company has added advanced manufacturing technologies to its equipment roster, including robotics and automated machinery, significantly enhancing efficiency and production capabilities. In tandem with these operational upgrades, WMP executed a strategic rebrand to support its expansion into new markets beyond its traditional customer base.
The company’s investment in the future of the industry through its Woven Together program also set it apart. The program, which includes an annual scholarship, student tours and career education initiatives, is helping shape and support the next generation of manufacturing skilled labor.
