Environmental Impact Reduction Initiatives

Specific ways we are bettering our work environment, our own sustainable behavior, as well as improving processes to ensure ongoing dedication to sustainability include:

Reduced energy consumption by switching to LED lighting in all facilities in 2020

Decreased electricity losses by rewiring all our fabrication facilities in 2022

Increased air efficiency by re-insulating climate-controlled spaces in 2022

Using our fleet efficiently and teaming up with a logistics provider that matches the right size truck to every job, cutting down waste

Recycling, Energy Conservation and Carbon Footprint

WMP and its subsidiaries regularly reinvest in better equipment that uses less power with increased capacity. Our commitment to improved research and development and the latest technological advancements in our field also support our dedication to sustainability.

Our goal is to use materials more efficiently, minimizing overall waste. When needed, we recycle all scrap metal and other unused materials as appropriate.

We also routinely monitor metal welding gases and other on-site gases needed for production, limiting any unnecessary or wasteful utilization.
