CUSTOM ELEMENT HOUSINGS & INTERNAL SHROUDS

Woven Metal Products designs and fabricates custom shrouds and element housings in carbon steel and most exotic alloy plate materials. Many vessel fabricators and end-user customers depend on WMP’s turn-key capabilities to design and supply complete process element and housing solutions. Most housings and element upgrade de-bottlenecking solutions can be specially designed to accommodate small manways, future replacements, and vessel retrofits without welding to the existing vessel’s shell.

Woven Metal Products has always been known for world class attention to detail. Today, WMP offers complete design and fabrication of simple to complex diffusers and diverters. Additionally, both FEA (Finite Element Analysis) and CFD (Computational Fluid Dynamics) design analysis reports are available by request.
